Apsoluti is an organization created in 1991 by professionals that were part of technical education and training programs in plants with The Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship, AOTS; an office of technical cooperation of the Japanese Government. Aware of the commitment acquired as AOTS scholars to transfer our experience, we have developed the site web www.tpmaction.com, as a meeting point to disseminate the state of art in TPM.
