We have developed the next TPM
model, which must be useful to design an
implantation strategy. TPM is an integrated
system and shouldn’t be seen as a group of
simple cleaning actions, automatic management of
maintenance information or a series of
techniques for problems analysis application.
TPM is a structure of industrial management that
involves management process, organization as a
competitive advantage, and managing talent.
Introducing TPM
in a synthetic way isn’t easy because from the
material written by japanese experts don’t
emerge a global vision. We want to launch TPM as
a system and present its components in this
site.

making stronger the team work, increasing the work

creative, safe and productive environment. Finding,

and organization with a sustainable competitive
advantage. To do this, an organization also has to have
the right structures, systems, process, and practices in
